Please read the following notes before starting the registration process:

  1. Author Registration for Conference and Workshops

It includes:

  • Publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings
  • A copy of the proceedings
  • Access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, workshops and symposia
  • Coffee breaks, lunches and one conference dinner
  • Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens)

Each accepted paper must have one UNIQUE Author Registration before  15 October 2016 (included) to guarantee the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Presentation of two papers with a single registration  is not allowed.

Author Registration fee is:

Early registration (before October 15, 2016) Late/on-site registration (after October 15, 2016)
Regular Member 700 EUR 800 EUR
Student Member 550 EUR 650 EUR


Paper Page Limit: 

  • Conference Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
  • Workshop/Symposium Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Purchasing Extra Pages: 

  • Conference and workshop Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at  100 EUR per extra page.

Additional gala dinner ticket: 

  • 80 EUR.

In order to qualify for the member reduced registration fee and the student reduced registration fee,
your student status will be verified.

Therefore, a proof of current student status (e.g., valid Student ID or other proof of current enrolment) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or PDF file) to


2. Participant Registration

The Participant Registration applies for two cases:

  1. One author has made the Author Registration for a paper and other authors of the same paper would like to attend the conference; or
  2. A person does not have a paper to present and wants to attend the conference.

The Participant Registration fee is:

3. Registration Form and Payment

To fill in the registration form, you are asked to give the name of Conference/workshop/Symposium and Submission Number.

If you register for the conference, for example, your Submission Number is “IUCC-127”,
please use “IUCC” as the conference name and then fill in “127” as the paper ID on the registration form.

The Submission Number of IUCC-2016 conference and the associated workshops/symposia can be found in the email of paper acceptance.

On-line registration platform: Fill the required information in the on-line form. Please, if the registration is related to an accepted contribution, DO NOT FORGET to indicate its Submission Number in “Remarks” box. Also, you can write the title in the “Remarks” box.


4. Cancellation Policy 

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 15 October 2016.
Please note: Author registrations are non-refundable and the bank transfer payment is non-refundable. The participant registration with the invitation letter issued is non-refundable.
There will be an administrative fee of 130 EUR deducted from each refund if the registration payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
