Submission
Authors are invited to submit original papers (written in English) not previously published nor submitted in parallel for publication to any other conference, workshop or journal. The works should be at the very least address promising early-stage research with initial results.
The papers will be in pdf format, at most 10 pages long in total, using at least 11-point fonts with reasonable margins. The LNICST paper template is available from the MOBILWARE website at: http://mobilware.org/authorskit.shtml
Please, note that the camera-ready deadline is Fri Mar 20 and is FIRM. Papers should be sent by mail with the subject "WASP 2009 submission" to:

Review process
All the papers will be reviewed in terms of relevance to the aims of the workshop and technical content. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers. Camera-ready papers will be reviewed by the program commitee.
Publication
The MOBILWARE 2009 Workshop Proceedings will be published by Springer, in their ICST Lecture Notes series and will be included in major article indexing services. The workshop proceedings will appear on CD-ROM, which will be handed out at the conference.
Instructions for preparing oral presentations
All accepted papers will be presented in the WASP session within Mobilware 2009. For each paper, the authors will have a maximum of 30 minutes of presentation. The authors should prepare an oral presentation which should not take more than 20 minutes to show the key points of their works. 10 minutes are reserved for comments and questions.
