within

The 2009 International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Processing Techniques and Applications

Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. 13-16 July 2009

After the success of SDMAS'07 and SDMAS'08, the third edition of the SDMAS workshops broadens and updates its scope to current chanllenges in scalability.

The workshop on Scalable Distributed and Multi/Many-core Applications and Systems aims to address theoretical and industrial challenges in the design, development and evaluation of scalable computing systems.

The intent of this workshop is to provide a forum in which researchers report on new ideas and technical insights, application teams express the challenges of constructing scalable high performance applications, and technology creators report on future developments.

As in previous editions the workshop will be held within the International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Processing Techniques and Applications (PDPTA). PDPTA is a premier conference in the parallel and distributed computing arena which offers the opportunity to interact with researchers and practitioners.
