Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper using the following
form
before the deadline (March, 1, 2007).
The length of the Camera-Ready papers (if accepted) will be limited to 7 pages in IEEE (templates available
here).
Papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere.
