Visa information

Most non-European visitors coming to Spain require a Visa. Check with your local Spanish Consulate or Embassy for specific information required for the Visa application. For more information, please visit the following links from the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation

Please, apply for a visa as soon as possible as the process may take several weeks.

Authors requiring a Visa must contact the MUE 2012 registration chair for a letter to support the visa application. Please, send an email to the Local Arrangement Chairs (david dot exposit at uc3m dot es AND javier dot fernandez at uc3m dot es) including your name, affiliation, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, working emails, as well as the name of the conference you are attending. The mail subject must be "Visa Letter MUE 2012" including paper and registration id. Only registered participants may request such support letters.
